ABOUT THE EVENT
The Futa Fashion Awards is an event created for the sole aim of actualizing to reality a unique platform of expression for student fashionpreneurs (fashion designers, make-up artists, wardrobe stylists, photographers, models, shoe designers, artists, graphic designers, accessory makers, hair stylists etc) as well as to discover, unveil, promote and celebrate our rich cultural heritage and talents with an edge in fashion and style. A platform set to develop, empower and encourage student entrepreneurs with the responsibility of boosting, revitalizing and rebranding the fashion and entertainment industry in the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
The event is structured towards a series of aims and objectives.
VISION
Impart a prosperous and visible change amongst futarians and the society at large with the use of intellectual skills and the ability to make positive change in Ondo State and Nigeria as a whole.
MISSION
To develop, empower and encourage talented person(s) with the responsibility of boosting, re-vitalizing and re-branding the Nigerian fashion and entertainment industry.

ADVERTISE
To participate or advertise your emerging brand or any business venture that wants to increase publicity base and presence in Akure and in Nigeria at large as well as enabling a wider coverage of business and student awareness of products and services; a token fee of five thousand naira only is to be paid.
