Man on Suicide Mission Climbs Billboard in Ibadan, Threatens to Jump (Photos )

This happened yesterday in Ibadan, Mokola just before Fidelity bank, by the bridge.

According to the eyewitness who shared the picture on Instagram, the young man stood atop this Glo billboard for over an hour and refused to come down despite pleas from crowd that gathered to watch him.
