Russian DJ Sues Sarkodie, Pressing Damage Charges

 


Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie, could be in some trouble as Russian-based Ghanaian DJ and promoter Lawrence Ampene, has slammed Ghana’s finest (Sarkodie) with court summons. According to sources, the promoter claims that Sarkodie, did not show up for an event scheduled to hold in Russia as invited. The DJ is however pressing charges saying, Sarkodie owes him a total of $11,656 in damages. The charges are for the cost of promotions, accommodation and travel expenses ensued in preparations for the show. The rapper is yet to comment or say anything on the following allegation.
